About Us
At the heart of Fred's creation was a singular vision: to fundamentally transform the way lawyers approach trial preparation by equipping them with unparalleled, precise insights into the perspectives of jurors.
Fred’s Origin Story
Gone are the days of multiple small focus groups and want ads for jurors on craigslist. Fred is designed to handle your case with the power of the online gig economy so that you have the opinions of 75 jurors in just a few days.
Because Fred is powered by AI and built on a backbone of software, it works as a do-it-yourself tool that is perfect for early exploration of your case, checking your blind-spots, or studying a case for trial that might not justify the expense of big data studies.
Asking Fred is Simple
The online platform makes it easy to set up your case, include all the details, and get Fred running. AI reviews your case presentations and checks for common errors, providing feedback to help you make sure the presentation you show jurors is refined and will get you honest, accurate results.
Getting Answers from Fred is Easy
In a matter of days, you will receive a detailed report, that measures liability, the range of damage awards jurors assign to the plaintiff’s claim, and insight about your evidence. Simple. Powerful
How Does Fred Work? The process is simple.
Step One
Draft the presentations of both the Plaintiff and Defense sides. Take care that these presentations accurately reflect both sides’ arguments and evidence. You can focus cases with up to 2 Plaintiffs and 2 Defendants.
Our state-of-the-art AI can help you review your presentations, check the for common errors, and ensure you don’t tip jurors off to who is sponsoring the study.
Step Two
When you have the presentations drafted, you’ll need to create an account, or login.
Once that is done, you’ll enter some information about your case that lets us check for conflicts. Be sure to know your Case Name and Case Number.
Step Three
Fred guides you through the process of building your case. Fred is built to make building the study fool-proof and fast.
Fred asks questions to guide you through. Questions like - Will jurors need to allocate fault? Are there punitive damages in this case? What is the total amount of economic damages you are requesting? What type of open-ended questions do you want jurors to answer?
Step Four
Once you’ve worked through the study builder, a process that takes an average user only about 20 minutes, you’ll upload your Plaintiff and Defense presentation into the platform.
Then you’ll be able to submit your case. From there, Fred goes to work. 75 jurors will review and render a verdict in your case, and answer all of Fred’s questions.
Step Five
You’ll receive an easy to read report in a matter of days.
